Emma was super kind and helpful, and we had a great stay! Songpan is beautiful. The facilities are basic but fine and offer very good value for money.

Staying here made our trip to Huanglong National Park a breeze. Emma was incredibly friendly and took care of everything, and the meals were surprisingly good – even a few Western dishes that felt like a relief after weeks in China. The price‑to‑value ratio was spot on.

I can’t recommend this place at all – it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom reeked, there were bugs crawling on the bed, the sheets smelled of cigarettes, and the towels were ancient. On top of that, noise from both inside and outside made it impossible to sleep, and the rate was more like a modern hotel than this rundown dump.
