The location was insanely cool, with a view of the fjord and cliffs; there was a balcony and terrace. The room came with a kettle, fridge, coffee, and tea. All the kitchenware was available and very clean. The kitchen had an electric stove, but there was no sink. I recommend it 100% – it felt like staying in a museum.

The view of the lake and waterfalls was very nice and the place matched the pictures. Iris was kind and flexible with the check‑in arrival time, and the bed was comfortable with fresh sheets. However, there was a strong smoke smell throughout the house, especially in the bedroom, which really affected our stay because we’re sensitive to smoke. The location turned out to be a bit more remote than we expected when we booked.
