The room was neat and clean, and the staff were available every time and cooperative.

The bathrooms were filthy with cockroaches everywhere, and the rooms themselves smelled bad and were not clean; even the towels and bedsheets had a strong odor, making the experience pathetic. The staff turned the AC off every night around 3 am, and on two consecutive nights we slept without AC while still being charged for it; they added extra AC charges to both rooms we booked, which felt unprofessional. On the third day, I woke up between 4 and 4:30 am, went to reception, explained the whole ordeal over three days, and they lied about every detail; honestly, I will never return to this hotel.

The room was cozy and the staff courteous, and the location was handy; the check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly. Cleanliness could use a touch more polish in a few spots, and a mini fridge in the room would have made the stay even more convenient.

“Approved and recommended”

Assalam o alaikum First of all thank you so much for your service. Everything was top notch. My stay was amazing the room was clean, sheets were tidy and everything was placed properly. Staff behaviour was very well mannered and the ambience was also good. All the services were great Alhamdulillah😇 and Jazak’Allah for your services. I will visit again Insha’Allah ✨. The room was small as compared to the pictures attached and the generator or UPS didn't work i guess when the electricity went out. The room got blacked out
