The room was clean, comfortable, nice, and large. The swimming pool wasn’t working on Friday because it was a “day off,” which was an unbelievable excuse for a hotel.

The spot was spot‑on, but it wasn’t as spotless as I’d hoped; I spotted a small cockroach hopping over the pillows just before I checked out.

The location fit the event perfectly, but the reception staff were unprofessional, handed me a terrible suite on the smokers’ floor without waiting for me, even though the suite had been reserved for over three weeks.
