The staff were excellent and the cleanliness was top‑level, but the television was terrible—there were no stations available. The breakfast was awful, and we were charged for items that weren’t ours. We had to request extra supplies for the room, and overall we were very disappointed with the service quality at Fairfield by Marriott.

I liked the common area and the little outdoor space with a fire pit, cornhole, and a large Connect for game. The breakfast area was nice, and the snack area made it convenient to buy snacks. I enjoyed the coffee in the room and the constant availability of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. I didn’t get to use the gym, but the few pieces of necessary equipment were clean and neat. I didn’t like the indoor pool; it felt warm, the air was warm, and the water looked a little cloudy. I would have preferred a hot tub and clearer water.

The place felt modern and comfortable, the room stayed quiet despite being close to the highway, and breakfast was perfect. The hotel charged me for the room even though it had already been paid through the booking site; they refunded me two days later, which left me questioning the point of that whole process.

Breakfast was good. Loved the fitness room. Everything was beautiful. The bed was a little too soft.
