I got a room that was easy to reach from the parking lot because of my mobility issue, the hotel was quiet, the beds were comfy, the place had a lovely indoor pool, and it was close to a shopping center. On the downside, the coffee pots in the lobby weren’t labeled and the food at the hotel restaurant was very poor.

The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. The check‑in process was awful, there were no luggage carts, and housekeeping walked into rooms that had “do not disturb” signs hanging. They even labeled the hotel as dog‑friendly, so I had to expect dogs barking all night, or at least they should have kept the dogs in certain sections and warned guests during check‑in.

We weren’t allowed to bring a cake into the restaurant. The pool deck had slippery flooring that needs a more treaded material. Teenagers ran and shouted in the halls all night, so we couldn’t sleep. The front desk showed us the long way around the pool to our room. The sheets and lamp shade in our room had stains. A teenage server in the restaurant talked about people at our table in front of us, which made us feel unwelcome. We just survived the experience. The hotel has a lot of potential, but the staff could be friendlier and more helpful about the room, the cake, and the service in the Fenderzs dining room. The TV kept saying the signal was scrambled. There was no coffee in the lobby in the morning, and Chicfila does it better.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. The lift at the pool was broken and they said the battery was on order, which was the same issue we had here in April 2026; please fix the pool lift.
