The food was tasty, but the room was disturbingly noisy from the street, which spoiled the vibe; the resort is pricey, which should be taken into account.

Arquitectura y diseño del hotel espectacular Amabilidad y atención del servicio de 10. Sensación que pretenden cobrar por todo. Desayuno simplemente correcto no al nivel de la categoria del hotel, cafes cobro extra desproporcionado. En general la comida y la bebida a precios excesivos pero es lo que hay en un hotel de esta categoria. Por suerte tienes San Jose del Cabo a 15 min en coche con oferta gastronómica inmejorable. Hamacas en la piscina de cobro en temporada baja sin nadie en la piscina completamente solos. Finalmente me hicieron un cargo en la tarjeta al entrar ppr el consumo a realizar de 30.000 pesos, la habitación estaba pagada de hacía 2 meses y el último día me hacen otro cargo de 17.000 pesos adicionales por exceso del consumo y me dicen que del consumo inicial descuentan el precio de la habitación!!!!! Resultado mi úlyima semana en Mexico con casi 3.000 dolares menos de credito en la tarjeta!!!! Increible aún retenido a fecha de hoy

Architecture and landscaping, the pool staff, and the valet staff. They were also gracious to give us a late checkout. 1. Air conditioning would not go below 22C. Requested service from the technician who shrugged and said "that's the lowest it goes". Basically didn't sleep all week. 2. The lobby restaurant/bar closes early and the staff is awkward and overly formal. Constantly interrupting conversations to ask over and over and over if we need anything else. Constantly asking us to "taste" the same mediocre wine we had been drinking all night. 3. Multiple cockroaches in our room and ants crawling around the bathroom
