I stepped into the room and was out again in under a minute; everything was arranged but nothing looked clean. The sheets were stained and overall hygiene was lacking. I didn’t even ask for a refund. It’s a shame because the name had a good reputation, and I hope this is just an isolated case that won’t tarnish the brand.

I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the hotel staff, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a bit of a letdown. The coolest thing about it was the air conditioning, but that's about where the positives end.

“Jus suriving”

I was quite pleased with the hotel's location, but unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect of my stay. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, and I found the overall experience to be quite underwhelming.

I was initially disappointed when my family and I arrived at the hotel, only to be told that the rooms we had booked were not available. We had been looking forward to a relaxing stay, but this setback put a damper on our spirits. However, the staff were apologetic and helpful, and they managed to find us alternative accommodations that, while not ideal, were at least acceptable.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel, which turned out to be located in a completely different area than what Google Maps indicated. Without the help of locals, it was almost impossible to find the place. The hotel's surroundings weren't exactly the most welcoming, with narrow alleys and a generally run-down atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English, which made communication a challenge.
