Watch out for this villa’s management: I booked a one‑bedroom private villa with a pool, but a few hours before check‑in they pushed me to a replacement villa outside the venue. They never called or texted me—only DM on the booking app, which I rarely open. Their excuse was a gecko and some maintenance; why didn’t they tell me days earlier? I almost cancelled, then decided to accept the move because it was already evening, I had my baby, and it took 2 hours to get there, so I was exhausted. Because of the mess they offered free floating breakfast, but it was just a tray‑served menu with no discount. Pathetic.

The pool was stunning, the room was huge, the bed was wide, and there was a private outdoor shower and bathtub—absolutely gorgeous! The location was a bit less convenient, about 35 minutes from Ubud, making taxis a bit harder to catch and more expensive.

“Overall a good place for staycation”

The amenities were very complete, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. However, there was a cat‑poop smell near the bathroom and nighttime noises from the roof that sounded like falling objects. Unfortunately, the bathtub didn’t work properly because its drainage was broken and leaking, and the hot water didn’t function. The towels provided were slightly dirty with brown spots, and a room freshener would have been welcome.

We arrived on the first night and the staff literally left us at the door, then went to sleep. We didn’t even get breakfast, and the experience was terrible. There was a strange foul odor in the area, and the kitchen supplies left in the room were dirty and hadn’t been washed at all.
