“Never again and stay away. There are plenty of options around.”
The place is only good because of its location. The breakfast was awful, the facilities don’t live up to a 4‑star rating, the staff seem untrained and clueless about customer service, and the hotel’s procedures are nonsense.

The hotel is well maintained and all areas are super clean. The staff are nice to everyone.

Our family gathered in this beautiful home to celebrate our grandmother’s 88th birthday. Many of us traveled from different places, and this house was the perfect meeting point for our family reunion. Both the kids and the adults absolutely loved the experience. The house exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We did have a plumbing issue in the kitchen with Hugo, but they resolved it very quickly as soon as we noticed it, and afterwards everyone was happy. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We hope to come back next year to create even more wonderful family memories together!

The location was fine, the room water was great, the coffee maker worked well, and cleaning was fast and efficient in the mornings. But the water could have been hotter and more consistent, the towels were tiny, thin and old, the pillows were also old, the TV was flat against the wall and couldn’t be seen from the bed, the breakfast was not very good, the orange juice and coffee were awful—shame for a coffee country. The staff wouldn’t call us a water taxi, so we got ripped off and had to take a fake water taxi. The photos on the site show the front rooms, but we were assigned rooms at the back of the property. Those rooms have interconnecting doors, and there’s only one, so you can hear the neighbour right next door. One night we went for dessert and there was only one option. The place needs modernisation.
