“Could have been better !”

We stayed for a youth football match and the hotel looked gorgeous and well maintained. The front‑desk lady on the second shift that night, 8.29.26, was extremely rude. She shut the pool at 7 pm, claiming maintenance was needed, even though quiet hours didn’t start until 10 pm and the maintenance crew never came. She even called the police on us for sitting in the lobby, which was open for food and drink from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. On Sunday breakfast, the omelette chef touched the floor rug to fix it before preparing our food and didn’t change gloves, which felt unhygienic. The rest of the staff were friendly and respectful, and they were glad we were there.

The beds were decent, but the TV was dead for the entire stay. The front‑desk agent was rude and yanked the kids out of the pool at 8 am even though it closed at 9 am. Maintenance kept a close eye on us, and one of our cars was broken into.

The area feels safe. The remote control: I had 1 for 2 tv. The telephone in the room did not work. I called maintenance

“Love the stay!”

The room was great, very clean, bed was great, breakfast good, parking great, grounds well kept and safe. Front desk didn't give a friendly vibe, unlike my usual Memphis stays. I was also told at check‑in that the cleaning crew was short‑staffed, so I had to request room service the night before; a heads‑up would have helped. I missed the pancakes.
