The stay was pleasant. Cleanliness, good and varied food. The pillow was too soft for me, and a drawback was that there was no bar on the beach.

The stay at GRIFID Arabella was really enjoyable. The hotel is clean, well‑maintained, the food is tasty and varied, and the kids’ animation is solid – plenty of activities that keep them entertained. The staff were friendly too, so overall we were very satisfied. The only downside was the way beach and pool loungers were “reserved” with towels early in the morning, even when nobody was using them, making it hard to find a spot. A stricter control would help.

The pools were lovely and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. However, the room’s cleaning didn’t meet my expectations – it felt a bit rushed and some spots were missed.
