I loved everything about this hotel: the rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast was amazing each morning, the views at breakfast were very nice, and the staff were very friendly and kind. I didn’t pay for river views, my fault lol.

The reception staff were really nice and the view was good. Anything else? The bathroom was either broken or dirty, balcony chairs were full of strangers’ hair, and the elevator was… (unfinished).

Nothing! Everything is terrible—dirty, noisy, gloomy. It’s a shame the photos at booking are completely misleading! The pool is dirty, the lobby is filthy, dust everywhere, everything is worn and dirty. The room was full of dust, dirt, and rust. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My vacation was ruined. There’s no entrance to the hotel at all; you see a dirty courtyard with trash and a canal. To call a taxi you have to walk 700 m, and if you’re lucky they’ll take you in a golf cart.

Nice and quiet. The room was amazing and I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river. Everything. It was the perfect place to unwind for a few nights before flying back home. I’d also like to mention the staff—they were so polite and helpful, and even though they were young adults they couldn’t do enough to help me. Special mention to Percy, what a nice and polite young man. He helped me out a lot and was a friendly face to chat with. As the hotel, I hope you realise what a great member of staff you have working for you.
