Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, and complimentary parking is provided on site. The hotel is 12 km from Periyar Lake and 20 km from Gavi Village and Thekkady. Modern rooms have balconies with Periyar River views and en suite bathrooms with hot and cold showers.

The river behind the hotel was lovely, with lots of birds visiting the green area. Laundry service was excellent, the restaurant food was superb, and every staff member was extremely courteous and helpful. Front desk staff understood our issues and swapped rooms so the new ones had no moisture or fungus problems. However, the Deluxe rooms 103 and 104 that we were first assigned to were poorly maintained.

The front office and restaurant staff were very welcoming. The wifi in the most expensive room was extremely slow, and the bathroom fixtures were so old that we felt they might break if we touched them.

We stayed in a sort of cabana that was nice, clean, and spacious. I booked this hotel because of the pool, but it was actually above our budget. On the day we arrived, they notified us via app that the pool was closed for cleaning.

The pool and outdoor area are very good, the staff are very friendly, and there’s a restaurant on site. The extra bed isn’t very comfortable, and it’s a bit far from Thekkady.

The location was great, but the pool was inaccessible and unclean, and the bathrooms didn’t meet expectations.
