Nice view, the family who owns it is welcoming. The room was clean, the AC and hot water worked, and breakfast was really good. All good.

It was so nice we’ll definitely come again :) The big front window gives an amazing direct view of the ocean and palms wow :) The family is friendly and lovely, and they serve a nice breakfast every morning, which is included. They also have a lot of art and self‑built stuff—so nice :) The beach is directly in front of the house and is a long stretch in general with waves, but you can play in the waves at the start :) You can visit Galle for the old town, free, and see some historical facts :)

I liked that it was right in front of the beach, but the room was dirty and the bedsheets weren’t folded properly. When I opened the door it was scorching hot and the AC didn’t work. I was traveling alone, so walking a bit inside the property made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly, but there were only stairs, so carrying my heavy luggage was a hassle.
