Location is solid and the place is roomy, but the unit shows its age—cracks on the door, kitchen counter, and bath tiles, and the pans are worn out with the non‑stick coating gone. The housekeeping was a bit sloppy, and the front desk was snippy, even telling me to wash the towels myself. The local staff were quick to replace the towels and fix my concerns, but they couldn't help with my cat, and the overall maintenance left something to be desired.
