The host, Dona Cândida, was super friendly and made us feel welcome, yet the room wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been.

Showed up only to find my room had been given to someone else; I spent about fifteen minutes shouting at the gate while it stayed open, and the advertised two‑car parking was basically nonexistent. The whole thing felt disrespectful and careless.
