Everything was excellent, but at the Hindu restaurant we felt rushed to clear our table; I arrived on time and it took 25 minutes to take my order, and my son had a dish taken from him before he finished, the waiter asked if he could remove plates and we thought it was only the empty ones, so he took the bread he was eating.

“Excelentes vacaciones en el hotel.”

The whole staff was attentive, the service was excellent, the buffet had a wide variety of foods, and the specialty restaurants had good quality and appropriate portions for dinner; I also liked the convenience of moving around the hotel with golf carts and little boats, very comfortable and great service from those who run them; special thanks to Concierge Ana from building 13, very attentive and helpful with all my requests; thank you to everyone for making the vacation great. The young man at Reception who handled my check‑out tried to charge me for an incorrect consumption, only after a few minutes did he check properly and gave me my exit pass, without apologizing for the inconvenience.

We spent 24 hours in a room without air conditioning, had to complain three times. One day the room wasn’t cleaned, so we used the pool towels, and after five calls the issue was fixed.

Todo. La atención, las instalaciones, los alimentos, la habitación y la ubicación. Mención especial a Genaro, a Marcos y al responsable del restaurante The Nest. Falta un cajero BBVA donde los locales podamos sacar dinero sin comisiones abusivas
