I was really looking forward to my stay, but things took a turn for the worse when I realized there was no elevator. I had to lug my heavy luggage all the way up to the third floor - not exactly what I had in mind.

This place was a complete disaster. The photos online were nothing like the reality - it was like a different hotel altogether. I was so appalled that I couldn't even let my kids stay here, it was that disgusting. When we checked out, the staff claimed they'd refund our money if we approached them, but that was just a lie.

The location was perfect for walking to everything, but the check-in process was a disaster. They seemed completely clueless about my reservation and kept asking me to repeat myself because their English was pretty rough. To make matters worse, the staff was snickering at my appearance and kept calling me Carlo instead of Carla - it was pretty unsettling. At one point, they even asked me if I was a man or a woman when I was checking out, despite having my passport on file.

I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to stay in business. The elevator was out of order, the TV didn't work, and the room was a stinky mess. Needless to say, I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
