Everything was terrible – both rooms were dirty, smelly, had AC leakage issues, filthy bathrooms with water overflowing, a non‑functional geyser and exhaust fan; the so‑called manager was busy watching videos on his mobile phone, refused to move us to a cleaner room, and told us flatly to adjust.
