It’s far enough from Mui Ne to feel secluded but not too far, the swimming pools are amazing, and the restaurant and food were great.

Elevator is very bad, very slow & hot, there are 6 elevators but not link all 6, it divide by pair, they all go from lowest floor to tallest floor (1 to 25 and back). Guest from level 20-22 and below must wait around 20-30min just for coming in elevator (because guest from level 23-24-25 they take full elevator when go down). The quality of the staff is inconsistent, it make long time for check-in / check-out procedure and others. Some of them can not find my booking in their system, even when I show them my booking number in app on my phone

The hotel's luxurious atmosphere was a nice touch, but the kids' play area was seriously lacking in toys and entertainment. The mud and mineral baths were also scorching hot, and we only had two towels in the room, which wasn't enough for our family of three. It would've been great if they'd provided more towels, especially since we were coming in and out of the pool and beach all day.

The room itself was decent, but the price didn't match the quality. What really put a damper on our stay, though, was the awful smell coming from the bathroom. It was so bad it was hard to bear.
