“Tear it down.”
I was blown away by Chris's help, but the hotel was infested with black mold. The lobby and hallways showed mold, and the first room we got, 219, was covered from ceiling to bedding, skirting, and even the AC vents, intake, and filters. The filters were filthy. It was the worst room I've ever seen, absolutely unacceptable. My sister and her daughter, both with lung conditions, could have ended up in an emergency room that night. Chris moved us to 209, which was slightly better but still had mold growing on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It was after midnight and we were exhausted, so we had no real choice but to stay and woke up with sore throats and sinus problems. Only Chris was good.
The shower was fine, but the pool water was low and the chlorine smell in the room burned my eyes. Breakfast could use some help.

The staff was kind, pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is pet friendly, but the floor in our room was sticky.
