The towels were low quality, barely drying and already quite worn; they should be replaced and made from better fabric.

It was clean, yet the common areas and hallways had a strong air‑freshener scent and the room smelled of mothballs; the room was very small, claustrophobic, forced me to open the window, and the neighborhood was noisy, making the place feel somewhat desolate.
