I picked this place because it sits right by the port and offers a big parking lot. The room looked worn out, and when we got there at dusk, the lights were off—there were bulbs, but none worked. The breakfast, if you can even call it that, was barely worth the money and nobody was around to help.

The site says it's 4 km from the airport, but it's actually almost 15 km away. The facilities were stinky, and the breakfast included a horrible cake of terrible quality. Everything else was awful.

The restaurant and welcome were very positive, with good food and a lot of courtesy from the owner and staff. The location is great for anyone wanting to stay near the airport. The rooms need a makeover; I didn’t expect luxury, but I still didn’t get a twin‑bed room with separate beds, towels, or the 1950s‑style mattresses and nets.

Avoid this place. We booked because it seemed close to the airport and advertised 24‑hour check‑in, as we’d probably arrive between 10‑11 pm and just needed a night’s stay. The staff didn’t respond to our request for that check‑in time, ignored our message about customs delays in Rome, and were rude and unhelpful when we called. Check‑in isn’t staffed 24 hrs, and when we arrived there were no clean rooms; the room we were told was ours was occupied by other guests. We had to stay in a filthy, uncleaned room and we’re still chasing a refund. The location seems okay and the air‑con worked.

We chose this property because of its proximity to the port and its large car park. The room looked very tired. We arrived at night and were shown to our room with no lights turned on – there were lights, but they clearly weren’t working. The breakfast (if you can call it that) was hardly worth it and there was no one around.
