Nice house but the pool was super clean/clean, so it was a relaxing experience. Nothing negative, everything was in the most beautiful order.

The location was good, a supermarket nearby, suitable for a holiday with a dog, a forest nearby. We had never experienced anything like this; it was the worst holiday we have ever had. We arrived on Monday, a woman brought us the key. She only wanted our ID cards and photographed them. We handed her the 200€ deposit in cash. She could speak neither English nor Italian nor German, although that was listed on the website. She showed us neither the house nor how to use the pool. On Wednesday morning at 7:55 a knock sounded on our door, it was aggressive and never stopped. Our children were scared, we opened the door and there was a hysterical woman with a child shouting at us that we had made the pool dirty and that we had used sunscreen that had stuck to the edge of the pool. An older man was in the pool and cleaned it, we stayed calm, the woman then took my arm and held it very tightly to show me the pool. That is not acceptable as a host! We then said that the yellow edge had already been there on Monday when we moved in. We were lucky to have a picture, after that nothing was said and the woman simply left. The older man told us that we could use the pool again at 16:30. We wrote several times and asked when we could use the pool because it had turned yellow again after a few hours, even though we were not swimming there but at the beach. Then the woman wrote that she would keep the 200€ deposit… That is simply unbelievable and on the third day of the holiday she charged 200€ just for cleaning the pool. After the morning incident the deposit was increased from 200€ to 300€ on booking. We also brought two dogs, which is why we chose this house.
