The room was wide and airy, and the allocation was good; we were a family of four and received a two‑bedroom room—thanks! The fridge didn’t cool properly.

Only the cleaning staff were positive. The day manager’s behavior was not good.

The location was good, about a 4‑5 minute walk to the Masjid Nabvi gate. The room was clean and the bed area was adequate. However, the washroom had a foul smell, likely from plumbing issues under the wall, and it was cramped, making bathing uncomfortable. The fridge cabinet was broken, so the fridge stayed open all the time—probably just my room. Otherwise, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.
