lodging was great! staff was friendly and helpful! food on site was very good!. there was no coffee service before 07:00 and no maker in the room

The location was excellent…at the quieter end of the beach. Facilities were clean and comfortable and very appropriate for the environment!! Saw lots of monkeys everywhere, and the hike up the mountain was awesome…tough climb, but spectacular views from the top. Restaurants were very good, especially the breakfast restaurant !!. The only negative was the bungalow’s shower. Need a refresh I think, but clean, which is the important part!!

Tout était parfait. Personnel très sympathique, cadre absolument sublime, nature foisonnante sur le pas de la porte et très bon service. Coupé du reste de la ville de Venao au point qu’on ne puisse pas vraiment considérer qu’il en fasse partie. Ce qui est un réel plus si, comme nous, bous n’appréciez pas l’ambiance étrange du reste de playa venao. Rien

We booked the little casita on top of the mountain but got upgraded to a beachfront cabana for $15 extra per night. The cabana was very spacious. Right on the beach. Got cleaned every day. On the quiet part of Venao Beach. The La Barca bar staff wasnt too friendly. There was almost no one there. The sunbeds around there had their pillows lying around on the floor and were soaked from rain. I must note we were there during low season
