The location is quiet, the pool is a nice 8×14 meter, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a parking garage, and shopping malls and restaurants are close by. The windows cannot be opened, the air‑conditioning is old and relatively loud.

It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Seacon Square and Paradise Park shopping centers, plus street markets. The breakfast buffet is decent, though it could add more vegetarian options. The only drawback is that the hotel isn’t near BKK airport.

I was thrilled with my stay, got a free upgrade to a suite, the honeymoon room was beautifully decorated and they even brought a celebratory cake for my anniversary, we were allowed to check out late until 2.00 pm, everyone from reception to room service was friendly and provided great service, we’ll return again, thanks for everything.
