“Totalmente decepcionado”

The pool was listed as having two lanes but only one was actually usable, yet the staff were as attentive as you’d expect anywhere. The Wi‑Fi was practically non‑existent, with the excuse that the place was too crowded. The food menu was very limited, offering few choices. In the marriage‑suite‑type room there was only a single nightstand, the power sockets were on the opposite wall, and the light switches were at the doorway, so you couldn’t turn the lights off from the bed. They only gave one towel for the pool, shower and personal use, and there was no hand soap or other toiletries. When I asked the front desk to call a taxi or a tuk‑tuk, they said none were available and told me to walk to the main road. I won’t be coming back, even for free.

My stay at this hotel had its highs and lows. On the positive side, I enjoyed the pool, which was a nice amenity. However, I was disappointed with the bathroom, which had some issues that detracted from my overall experience. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide some nice features.

“The breakfast should be improved to attract the guests and leave the place with a good impression”

I was impressed by the hotel's serene atmosphere and spotless cleanliness, but unfortunately, it was a bit challenging to find the place. The breakfast options were also not up to my expectations, and I wished the staff was more readily available.

“Schönes Hotel, aber fernab und ohne Bewirtung”

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, I appreciated the spacious room, which was a nice place to relax. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the hotel's remote location, which made it difficult to get around. Additionally, I encountered issues with the restaurant, which was often out of stock on basic items, and the lack of communication about when supplies would be replenished drove me to check out early.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while it had its share of minor issues, the overall experience was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but I did notice that the air conditioning could be a bit more efficient during the warmer months. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, I did find the hotel's Wi-Fi to be somewhat unreliable at times.
