The cabins are super clean and organized, the shower has hot water, the bed and pillows are comfy and spotless, the jacuzzi is tidy, and the scenery is gorgeous; however, the restaurant menu is very limited, dishes are pricey and portions small even though the taste is good, and the café de olla was too sweet—adding piloncillo was unnecessary, better to offer plain sugar so guests can adjust.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with the highlight being the stunning view from my room and the exceptional service provided by the staff. However, I did notice that the whirlpool tub was a bit dirty, which was a slight letdown. Despite this, everything else about my stay was excellent, making it a wonderful experience overall. The friendly and attentive staff more than made up for the minor issue with the tub.

I recently spent a few days at this hotel, and while it's a great place to unwind, I encountered a few issues. The hotel's unique features, such as the nighttime bonfires and the jacuzzi on the rooftop, were a highlight, but be prepared for a bumpy 20-minute drive to get here. The restaurant service was a bit slow, and we experienced some confusion with our bill, but the food was delicious.
