“Worst hotel in kharagpur”

I like nothing Literally nothing. I have booked a room 10 days earlier, but on the day of arrival they did not call me .and when I called they told me all the room are occupied And when I reached there, they told me that all the rooms are occupied, And offered me a hall type room and charged extra for that They do not provide any commodity Wash room gate is broken The do not provide any towel, shampoo Room is very noise. There is no space to sleep in silence Noise is coming from all side of the room Even they do not provide water to drink. Staff behavior is very bad. Room is very dirty, all windows are broken
