I found the location acceptable, plenty to do and eat locally. The Encore Bar is an 11 minute walk with food and live music. I found the ease of transport into Stockholm Centre super easy; the equivalent of two subway stops.for the price, as opposed to Stockholm Center, quite recommended

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the metro and train stations. During our four-day stay, our room cards stopped working twice. The first time, the receptionist was helpful and quickly fixed the problem (technical issues - tha's ok, it happens). The second time, however, we returned on Sunday at around 9 p.m. to find that nobody was at reception, even though we had been told at check-in that reception was open until 10 p.m. Our room cards did not work, and the emergency number displayed at reception was of no help (we called it twice, as they didn't bother to call us back although they said so after first contact) . We were redirected to another number and the person answering the second number at first being reluctant to help, eventually understood our situation — it was nighttime, we were in a foreign city and all our belongings were locked inside a room we could not access, helped and activeted new cards remotely. This whole process took almost an hour The next day, when we reported what had happened, we didn't even receive an apology. If you enjoy extra stress during your holidays, this is definitely the hotel for you
