The view, the location, and the sound of the waves were great, and the hosts were very friendly. For comfort, the bedding was too soft for us, but that’s personal. The small climb is good for the legs, and there might be a missing coffee machine, but that’s just an accessory.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the view was spectacular. Air conditioning would have been nice, and access to a washing machine to clean clothes would have helped.

The view is breathtaking! The room was perfect. All common areas are clean, and Moana and his little family are very welcoming, available, and always give good advice. You can book with confidence! The Maui beach is just below and Teahupo'o is very close.

I had a wonderful stay at Maui Homestay and felt very welcome from the very beginning. Moana and his family are incredibly warm, friendly and genuinely hospitable. Moana was always helpful and happy to assist whenever I needed anything. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful view over the bay. It’s a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I also really appreciated having bicycles available, which made it easy to explore the area. The kitchen is well equipped and practical, and the whole atmosphere is personal, relaxed and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the great conversations and getting to know this lovely family. It felt much more like staying with friends than simply staying at an accommodation. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend Maui Homestay to anyone looking for a warm, authentic and personal experience in Rarotonga. 🌺🏝️ Thank you, Moana and family, for making my stay so special!
