I loved the staff, they were pretty helpful, but the language was somehow a challenge, otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff were generally friendly and the location is great, but the room is tiny with no proper natural light, the bedding wasn’t cleaned properly, the building’s noise cancellation design is poor, and the price feels overly exaggerated.

The location is quite pleasant and conveniently situated near everything, especially in the city center, which is the only thing I like about this hotel. The hotel staff failed to inform us about the regulation prohibiting same‑sex guests from staying at the establishment, causing a distressing situation. I tried to research whether such a prohibition exists in Ethiopia but found no information. The staff acted as moral arbiters, which was concerning. I visited the hotel with my same‑sex friend and there was no indication that same‑sex guests were not permitted. Because of this, we will refrain from booking a stay at your hotel. I was subjected to an intimidating and discriminatory experience, and the staff even tried to coerce me into booking an additional room for our arrival. This behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
