Brian and the other staff provided excellent service; everyone was very helpful and attentive. They were ready to support us when we left early for excursions, offering snack options for the trip. Overall, the Ickota hotel was very good. Areas for improvement include weak bathroom lighting, especially around the shower. The shower water temperature fluctuated wildly from very cold to very hot without adjusting the control, risking burns or a cold shower. The room was small, but that was clearly stated in the listing, so there were no surprises. If you’re looking for a place to sleep and not spend much time there, I recommend it.
