“Uma das piores experiencias de que me lembro.”
No breakfast. The building is from the 70s. The taps have serious problems. The shower drain is clogged. No air conditioning. There isn’t even a chair to put the phone on. I had to improvise to keep the alarm handy.
“NÃO RECOMENDO.”
Nothing. The room smells of mold, cleaning is horrible, a light bulb is blown, the mattress is springy, the balcony window doesn’t close fully and you can hear cars all night. Trash on the balcony. No shower support. During four nights I had only three towels. No AC, a small TV and it’s so far you can’t even read it.
“Agradável.”
I wasn’t waiting, but they cleaned and arranged the rooms overnight; the location is good, close to Ericeira, and while it wasn’t exactly what I expected, I have nothing negative to point out.
The staff were fine. You can hear everything; the room overlooks the street so it’s full of noise from people sleeping in other rooms, making it impossible to sleep deeply.
“Foi necessário...”
I didn’t realize breakfast was included, and it took me a while to find the person who had the key to the accommodation; after standing at the door for a while I went to the hotel across the street and learned the keys were there—just imagine if it had rained that day.
