I called the hotel three times with no answer and had to wait repeatedly at the reception desk. The room was far too small for two beds, had no soundproofing in the bathroom, and the coffee machine was inside the wardrobe. The bathroom products were poorly chosen (soap, shower gel). The room was next to a passageway and was noisy all evening. The décor was uninspired and the lighting choices were bad in both intensity and warmth, which explains why many reviews point out the same problems.
