The rooms could use a cleaner touch, and the passageways, elevators, and other common areas really need cleaning. The iron provided is a simple iron; it would be much easier to press clothes if it were a steam iron.

The room was clean and pretty, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and overall it was the best.

The value for money was great. Having water coolers and no coffee in the room is totally fine. But if the ONLY tea and coffee is accessed from reception and not the room then that HAS to be available 24/7. Wanting to have a coffee at 4am and being told it was not available until 6am was pretty pathetic. Be sustainable for sure but not allowing your guests to drink coffee / tea for 1/4 of each day is wrong

I managed an early check‑in, the room was nice and clean, thanks to the HK team and the front desk.

There were cockroaches in the rooms. Drinks were available but no one warned us; we only found out when we were leaving. The location was a bit far from the center.
