“Rip offF”

The place was very clean. When I booked, they mentioned a possible fee, but they never told me about it until checkout, when they charged me $100 for a dog fee. The dog was small, clean, and behaved perfectly, yet I was charged $100, which felt very unfair. I’ll contact my credit card company and post negative reviews on Yelp. The desk staff were blunt and seemed only interested in making money. I ended up overpaying for the room anyway.

“Not a fan of Marriott”

I had a frustrating experience with my reservation at this hotel. Despite speaking with multiple staff members and trying to cancel, they were unable to find my booking. It wasn't until after I was charged that they discovered my name was misspelled, and even then, they told me it was too late to cancel because I hadn't given them 48 hours' notice. It was a stressful and disappointing experience.

I was a bit taken aback by the strong smell of paint in the hotel's floors and rooms. I wish I had known about the remodeling before booking my room, but overall, the hotel seemed to be in the process of making some positive changes.

“It's a great place to stay and the staff is super friendly”

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, from its excellent facilities to its friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The location was also perfect, and the breakfast was a highlight of my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that one of the TVs in my room was broken, with a noticeable crack on the screen.
