Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The hotel is large and modern, breakfast was good. After a long day of traveling, we checked in at around 8 pm and got an unprepared room with a dirty bed sheet that hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. It took time to clean the room again, so instead of resting we had to wait for them to set it up. Housekeeping should check rooms more carefully.

The staff were clean and friendly. Breakfast offered western choices too. The bed was a bit small. The lobby had a very strong scent.

It was a good business stay. After a month of traveling, I had discomfort in the previously booked hotel and stayed there for ten more days, so I moved to this hotel. The room condition was good, everything was comfortable and nice. I will use it again.

The staff were excellent, the facilities were great and the room was spotless, but there was a lot of noise from a vehicle outside the building.

We are forced to complain about our stay at Novotel Karawang. Novotel, being part of an international chain, should at least meet international standards, yet it did not. Food left from room service sat in the hallway for over 24 hours, and the first room had a strong sewer smell so we asked for a new room immediately. In the second room, the bath towels and pillows were terribly worn from old oil stains. The worst was the shower head: both the hose and the head were brown and covered in mold, and the joints inside and outside the shower stall were infested with mold. The room and the hotel did not match the pictures at all. It was an insult and unimaginable that we would stay with our 3‑year‑old son for four nights in such a place. We tried to cancel for free but it was not possible, so we left Novotel Karawang without cancellation and switched to a proper hotel. Despite all the shortcomings, we are still paying the full price for the four nights, which we find unacceptable. We have been satisfied with and would like to continue booking our holidays through your site, but in this case we expect compensation to restore our confidence, otherwise we may book our holidays through other providers in the future. Thank you for your kindness and for continuing to work well together. Friendly greetings Mr. R. Kull
