Nothing was provided by them; the Wi‑Fi didn’t work, there was no breakfast, the rooms weren’t clean, the blankets were dirty, the mattress was bad, and the washroom wasn’t clean.

“Stop booking here!”

I gave it 1/10 because the room was infested with cockroaches, ants, and bed mites—one of the mites even bit me at night. The staff cleaned the ants, but they returned the next day. The bathroom lacks a proper window, letting in more insects. The sink drain didn’t work, electricity cut every three hours, and Wi‑Fi was unreliable. It was extremely uncomfortable. I requested a refund from the owner, but he seemed more interested in money. I would choose another place.

I scored it 2/10 because the fan was broken, the bedsheets were filthy and had to be pointed out, and overall the room was below expectations.

I gave it 8/10. The balcony was great, but the TV and fridge didn’t work. Aside from that, the booking process and staff behavior were fine.
