A magnificent building and location. Warm reception in an informal, homely, cozy atmosphere. It was also very clean. I’d go back there again.

Location simply wonderful, right at the river with clear, cool water. With the chickens roaming in the garden. It isn’t luxurious, but it’s charming. Melisse room is a decent size with a superb view of the river. Clean and functional. Laurent (our host) is charming and welcoming. Nothing major. Could improve garden comfort with nicer tables and chairs, plus a few sun‑tents to truly enjoy the outdoors. Shower gel in the bathrooms would be a plus. Brighter bedside lighting would help with reading.
