The staff service and the proximity were positives. The strong chemical smells from the cleaners used in the rooms, especially on the beds and other furnishings, were quite uncomfortable.

The location is convenient because it’s close to the airport and the exterior is very pretty. We couldn’t use breakfast because we had to leave early for a flight. We arrived late at night and fortunately the staff handled check‑in at that hour. The person who helped us was very young and a bit insecure, but she assisted with the room change and airport transport. That good attitude makes my rating acceptable rather than bad. The rooms are disappointing in quality and cleanliness (they’re not like the photos). We found small insects on the pillows that looked like beetles, which was very disappointing. Luckily we were moved to another room, but we decided to sleep in our clothes. The new room at least had no insects. There’s no air conditioning. There is only one outlet to plug all chargers and the fan. The bathroom is clean but shared between the two rooms. Fortunately no one else occupied the other room. The glass door feels insecure, offers no privacy, and has a large crack where insects can get in.
