The staff and the location were good, but the bathroom lacked amenities, which feels like a 4‑star hotel that cost us too much.

The staff were fantastic, and they welcomed us with champagne and a great breakfast. I liked everything.

The staff were really nice and very helpful, and the bar on the top floor was also good, but the room was super smelly and we had to open the windows to clear it out, and the bed was very small and uncomfortable.

As a hotel‑group employee, I’ve seen many places, but this one outshined them all; Ruth gave us a wonderful welcome and stayed with us throughout, and every other staff member was amazing. The breakfast was worth the extra cost, with a solid buffet and a hot option included. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotless. The hotel staff earned praise for ensuring everything ran smoothly, and we received complimentary chocolates, sweets, a glass of cava, beers, water, and soft drinks on arrival, which left a strong impression. However, the room’s coffee maker and kettle only came with two teabags and two coffee capsules that were never restocked during our three‑night stay. When we asked for more, we were told it would cost 3 Euros, even though we paid almost £200 per night, which felt like a small but noticeable drawback. It’s a pity that, while the hotel offers tea‑making facilities, you can’t use them freely if you stay longer than one night; that said, we loved the place and will bring our own teabags next time.
