We really enjoyed staying at Mia Place; the room was clean, well kept, and the hot water worked perfectly. We didn’t see any mosquitoes during our visit. The family-run hotel makes that warmth obvious right away – everyone smiles and is very attentive. The vibe is gorgeous and you feel at home, so leaving feels hard. It sits about 30 m from the beach, is secured with cameras, so you feel safe. It’s a calm spot, great for relaxing, yet practical because the excursions pick you up straight from the hotel. The host can arrange various activities, including the El Nido–Coron tour, at competitive rates. Laundry can be done on site for less than the price in central El Nido. Mia Place is roughly a 15‑minute walk or a 5‑minute tricycle ride (about 100 pesos) from downtown El Nido. The area has everything nearby. We especially recommend Blend and Grind for brunch and a sunset at Vanilla Beach. We’ll definitely return. Jena, Mia’s daughter, runs the place with professionalism and efficiency. Communication is excellent. She also organized our transfer to Puerto Princesa in a comfortable van, without overcrowding, unlike some operators who cram 12 or more people. The services are high quality and very competitively priced. We highly recommend this place. There’s nothing to criticize; it was the best value, service, and welcome during our one‑month stay in the Philippines. Thanks! Good luck with the rest of your adventure!
