The location was perfect. The room was comfortable but small. The issue of being asked to pay a 10% tip to staff at checkout left guests in an awkward situation. When I arrived, I requested a decoration and sparkling wine; they left the bucket, tray, and glasses scattered around the room for the entire stay. I ended up finishing the setup myself, getting the sparkling wine and ice from the mini‑fridge, and putting everything in the bucket because they didn’t provide it at check‑in.
