“Beautiful property; lots of staff training needed.”
The villa, plantation, cycling, and picnic spots were all clean, beautiful, spacious, and serene, making it a great nature getaway. The staff had a genuine “want to help” vibe but were poorly trained; communication between departments was almost nonexistent, and nobody seemed to know what international hospitality standards required—this was true at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping. I can’t fault the staff for wanting to help; they just need proper training. Management should raise staff training to the level of a Taj, especially since guests are charged comparable rates.
Everything was perfect, and there was nothing negative.
The location & the Atmosphere is good . The staff are very good. The food is great . 1. The water for shower was not hot . 2. In Gazebo , there is bed provided . How can the family sit & enjoy ? Need chairs & table there with a canopy . 3. No flowers in the villa surround & also in the hotel premises . better to have few bright & lovely flowers . 4. Experience with OMA spa was bad . They wanted us to to cancel / postpone our appointment, which was not very professional. 5. Frequent power failures 6. The cot is too big for the bed & very uncomfortable
