Its 300 air-conditioned rooms feature LCD satellite TVs, carpeted or parquet floors, minibars, and some with balconies offering panoramic valley views. The hotel offers 2 electric charging stations and serves a continental breakfast in a glass conservatory.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of sweet and savory options, and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy it; the pool was small but handy for cooling off during hot summer days without having to go to the thermal baths, which are just a walk away. The room was fairly clean, but we found several cobwebs and dirt in the bathroom and especially on the terrace, and Wi‑Fi was practically absent in several parts of the room.

It feels like a museum, with furniture and art from a different era… The place is very clean and quiet, the room is superbly sound‑proofed, breakfast is very generous, and the staff are extremely kind… To top it off, we were upgraded to a suite, and I’m not sure whether to thank the hotel or the booking platform, but it was extraordinary—thank you for everything.

The hotel feels like a bygone era with a stunning look, the pool is modern and clearly built much later, it’s gorgeous, spotless, and the breakfast is very hearty.

The location is central for the thermal baths and the terrace pool is nice, but the hotel is a bit old and the reception staff are not always available; we had to retrieve our keys ourselves behind the desk after more than 15 minutes of waiting.
