Breakfast was incredible, the staff were very friendly, and the bathroom was roomy. There was a certain odor, possibly because ventilation isn’t adequate.

The location was fine. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The water in the room was only lukewarm, not hot; we reported it to the staff and it was eventually fixed. The bathroom door was broken and had to be reported before it was repaired. The bathroom amenity kits were empty, lacking basic items such as cotton pads, cotton swabs, and shower caps. Overall, we expected a much higher standard of maintenance and attention to detail from the hotel, and it was disappointing to have to report several basic issues during our stay.

I have to say the building feels ancient, the rooms leave an unpleasant scent, and the staff seem unprofessional; from the moment I entered it was obvious that the price doesn’t match the quality.

“In generale buono, pulizia non eccellente ed alcune parti della struttura un po’ trascurate.”

The location and the staff were great, but the rooms weren’t clean, there were no gluten‑free items available, and the overall upkeep felt somewhat neglected.
