The location was great, right on the main street, and I managed to check in early. Cleaning could definitely be better, and the room was a bit noisy at night because of the restaurants below, but that’s expected since the hotel sits on the main road.

“Da migliorare la pulizia”

Posizione centrale e davanti c'era la fermata degli autobus quindi perfetto. Staff gentile mi hanno dato la camera prima dato che era già pronta. Un bagno per due camerate è veramente troppo poco. Bagno n9n diviso per maschi o femmine a me non piace. Inoltre veniva pulito 1 volta al giorno cioè solo al mattino. Troppo sporco. Camera uguale sporca, non ho mai visto nessuno che venisse a pulire o spazzare anche solo il pavimento. Non ci tornerei

Great location and very friendly staff overall. As for breakfast, it was quite modest, and I was especially surprised to see instant coffee. The girls working there were super nice and welcoming, but the guy at the reception left me with a somewhat strange impression. I arrived around 1 a.m. and had mentioned the late arrival in my booking in advance, but no one opened the door or answered the phone. Luckily, a girl was coming back at that moment and let me in. The guy at the reception seemed to ignore the fact that I had been standing there for about 10 minutes, and I was already getting quite worried that I wouldn't even be able to get into the hostel I had already paid for. Then he gave me a key to the wrong room. Maybe these are all just minor things, of course, but add 15 hours on a bus to the mix, and the whole check-in experience was definitely not the most pleasant one. “Excellent location.”

The place was unbeatable for its location—perfect as a base to explore the old town, with direct, effortless access to public transport right outside. The room was clean and functional, with basic amenities typical for a private hostel room. Still, a strong sewer smell lingered in the bathroom for most of the stay, which was frustrating; I’d stayed elsewhere on the trip with no such issue. The towels were extremely worn, threadbare, and even had holes. Management should replace that set with fresh linens.

Самая гулятельная логация города. Когда я приехала, было воскресенье, и улица наполнилась веселыми отдыхающими людьми и развлечениями. Расположение кухни очевидно не сразу, а платный завтрак не стоит своих денег
